    Massage Therapist

I am a Deep-Tissue and Craniosacral Therapy Specialist with over 11 years of massage experience and more than 13 years as a certified personal trainer. My extensive background includes working as a contract massage therapist for elite athletic organizations such as the Minnesota Vikings and the University of Minnesota Gopher Football team. Additionally, I has collaborated closely with chiropractors and physical therapists, enhancing my expertise in injury recovery and muscular relief.

My approach combines keen intuition with advanced muscle-release techniques to deliver exceptional results, providing clients with unparalleled relief and restoration. I try to tailor each session to individual needs that delivers excellence in both therapeutic and performance-focused massage.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy quality time with my wife, cheering on the Vikings at games, staying active through fitness, and relaxing with a good movie.

Dan's Hours are on Wednesday from 3 pm - 7 pm.

Whether you're seeking relaxation, relief from pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve athletic performance, I am committed to providing professional and therapeutic care. I look forward to meeting you.

With over 13 years of experience as a massage therapist, I am passionate with empowering clients on their wellness journey. I take a personalized approach to each session, carefully listening to their individual needs and tailoring treatments to achieve optimal results. I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings --from luxury spas to medical and wellness facilities.

My diverse background in massage includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Sport and Prenatal. Over the years, these experiences have allowed me to successfully address wide range of conditions, from chronic pain and muscle tension to stress and fatigue. I combine therapeutic and holistic techniques to create a personalized experience that supports both physical relief and emotional well-being.

In addition to traditional massage, I'm certified in Orthopedic Cupping ( AMBP 2025) and Scraping/Scout (2015). I like to incorporate cupping therapy and aromatherapy into my sessions to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and enhance the body's natural healing process.

Lisa's hours are every other Thursdays from 3pm - 6pm.

At Genesis Chiropractic HC, chiropractic care is the foundation of everything we do. We believe that proper spinal alignment and nervous system function are essential for long-term health and healing. To enhance and support our patients' recovery, we offer therapeutic massage as an adjunct service designed to complement and assist in the healing process.

When combined with chiropractic care, massage can help accelerate recovery and increase the effectiveness of each adjustment.

Here are several key ways massage can support your care plan:

  1. Reduces Muscle Tension

Tight or overworked muscles can restrict proper joint movement and hinder chiropractic adjustments. Therapeutic massage can help loosen these tissues, allowing for smoother, more effective treatments.

  1. Enhances Circulation

Improved blood flow means more oxygen and nutrients are delivered to the muscles and tissues in need of repair. This supports faster healing and helps reduce inflammation.

  1. Decreases Stress

Massage can calm the nervous system, reducing stress and tension throughout the body. A more relaxed body tends to respond better to chiropractic adjustments and holds them longer.

  1. Supports Injury Recovery

For patients healing from strains, sprains, or postural imbalances, massages can help manage discomfort and prevent compensation patterns that might interfere with chiropractic correction.

  1. Improves Range of Motion

By softening tight tissues and fascia, massage can help restore flexibility and mobility, key factors in maintaining spinal alignment and preventing future issues.

After the Massage

Many patients report feeling immediate relief, improved flexibility, and a greater sense of overall well-being following a massage session. You may also experience deeper sleep, less stress, and more noticeable improvements from your chiropractic adjustments. Your chiropractor may recommend specific stretches or self-care tips to help extend the benefits between visits.

At Genesis Chiropractic Health Center, our mission is to guide every patient toward optimal health through expert chiropractic care, supported by complementary services like massage therapy. If you're ready to enhance your healing, we’re here to help every step of the way.
